Literacy
Reading has been an indispensable part of my life for as long as I can remember. Books have provided me solace, knowledge, humor and companionship.
By incorporating books, stories, poetry and rhymes into my yoga classes, I hope to capture the imaginations of children while exposing them to literacy, the wonders of nature, cultures, languages, and our world.
